Shipping Policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. During peak periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times We currently ship within Germany and selected European countries. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

• Germany: Standard delivery 2–4 business days
• EU countries: Standard delivery 5–10 business days

Free Shipping We offer free shipping on orders over a certain amount. Please check our store for current promotions.
